It is the second most prevalent cause of mortality in industrialised countries and is spreading among the young population, making melanoma the most common cancer among adults under the age of thirty and the second most common cancer among adolescents and young adults. Most of the affected population may have been damaged by excessive UV exposure in their adolescence and early adulthood and research in several countries points to the <strong>university student<\/strong> population as an at-risk group.<\/p><p>The project results in the <strong>first international multidisciplinary study<\/strong> that jointly analyses the <strong>knowledge<\/strong>, <strong>attitudes<\/strong> and <strong>habits<\/strong> of the population and the strategic evaluation of <strong>communication campaigns<\/strong> on skin cancer <strong>photoprevention<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section Communication Sciences and Health Sciences to approach the object of study, integrating researchers specialising in Dermatology, Oncology, Psychiatry, Strategic Communication, Media Discourse Analysis, Social Media Communication and Communication and Gender Perspectives.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">It is the first scientific work that would produce specific results of prevention communication on skin cancer with a direct transfer of results to health entities, foundations and associations, which are
