Lara Jiménez Sánchez, member of the research team has been awarded for her Master’s Thesis with data from the Comunicancer project.

Award in relation to the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN, specifically, this Master’s Thesis contributes to SDG 3Health and Wellbeing.

Work directed by our PI Ángeles Moreno within the framework of the Master’s Degree in Applied Communication Research at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Master directed by the professor and member of the project Enric Saperas.

THESIS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PROJECT

Noelia Zurro-Antón, member of the research team, obtained her PhD with an exceptional thesis within the framework of the Comunicancer 🎓👏 research project. Thesis co-directed by the professors Ángeles Moreno, PI of the project, and María Luisa Humanes, member of the research team.

📖 “Health Communication. Analysis of the scientific production on crisis and emergency risks and the media representation of the epidemiological case of cancer”.

This milestone not only represents a great personal achievement for Noelia, but also reinforces the impact and quality of our research. Her dedication and effort have been fundamental to the advancement of our work, and we are enormously proud of her.

Finally, we would like to express our sincere thanks to the tribunal members Carmen Carretón, Antonio Castillo Esparcia and Manuel Martínez Nicolás for their valuable time, comments and guidance during the defence.
